Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation in order to inform you in the form of UCLP Newsletter sent by electronic means about news and judicial decisions published on the Unfair Competition & Compliance Portal. The basis for the processing of your data is your consent to receive the UCLP Newsletter (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The period of processing your data results from the purpose of their processing and continues throughout the period when the Newsletter is being issued or until consent to the processing of data is withdrawn by you.
You have the right to access, rectify, remove your personal data or limit the processing of your data, the right to object to processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Your data will not be transferred to other data recipients, a third country or international organisation.
